The front cover photo is by Dr. Obari Cartman and is of Kareem McGuire, who participated in the Quarry Free Summer Camp. He lives in the neighborhood, picks up magazines every month from the South Side Drive office at the Quarry. He shares that Real Men Charities, programs, including Walking Field Trips, JazzattheQuarry, and dinner as well as learning the Blues have been some of his favorite experiences. He is a good student and comes regularly to the Quarry to share his grades.
