The concept of liberation is intertwined with various observances related to freedom and military service, thus being informed that Leave No Veteran Behind has been selected to be the charity of choice for the National Veterans Rodeo &Resource Fair. Our goal: to enroll over 1,000 veterans into the VA services they’ve earned and to honor the history, service, and sacrifice of veterans from our community. Our tactic: to create a day where celebration meets impact. A day that is more than just an event, it’s a call to action. To creatively craft a groundbreaking event dedicated to celebrating the resilience, strength, and service of our nation’s veterans.
The result: A Rodeo that takes place on Sunday, August 10th, in Chicago. This historic event will serve as both a thrilling cultural experience and a vital outreach initiative aimed at getting veterans signed up for VA benefits and connecting them with critical resources.

Why a Rodeo?
Honoring American Grit, Spirit, and Service Rodeos are more than entertainment— they’re a living tribute to the strength, resilience, and independence that built this nation Rooted in Service: Rodeo culture evolved from military cavalry skills, ranch labor, and frontier survival — echoing the values of discipline toughness, and community that veterans embody. Celebrating Tradition: Rodeos are among the oldest uniquely American traditions, just like the enduring tradition of military service. Symbolic Connection: The rodeo arena represents perseverance, grit, and rising after every fall — qualities shared by those who serve and sacrifice. Community-Building: Rodeos have long served as a unifying force, bringing people together in celebration and tradition. Today, we carry that legacy forward by using the rodeo to bridge generations and strengthen bonds within our veteran communities. This event blends historic celebration with modern service — creating a space where culture meets care, and tradition meets transformation.
